Konnichiwa - Greer: Fresh Sushi, Hibachi & Authentic Japanese Flavors in SC

My wife and I ate an early dinner here Wednesday evening. Thoroughly impressed with the quality and taste of the dishes! We had Hibachi Chicken and Hibachi Shrimp/ Chicken and egg rolls! Every bite had its own unique flavor/taste! Great experience! Service was excellent! If you have not tried Konnichiwa in Greer at the old Fatz restaurant location then you might be missing out! Konnichiwa never ceases to amaze me. Everything on the menu is delicious. Tonight I had the Sushi Tacos and the Akira limited edition plate. Putu is one of the best Sushi Chefs. Thank you guys for another fantastic meal. Always a pleasure!! Can’t wait to try the homemade Ramen soup on my next visit.

Wow ..a deep Hitachi bowl... sesame chicken, corn, green beans and rice ...lees than a bowl at Moe's...sign me up. Lots of food for the money. Waitress was good, attentive. Atmosphere is so-so 90s Chili's vibe but the food... Very reasonable. Would be eat there again in a heartbeat.

This place is AMAZING! We tried it on a whim because one of our favorite places closed. It’s close to home so we decided to give it a try. The food is delicious - high quality, fresh & affordable. The service is excellent … and everyone is so friendly & attentive. I don’t eat sushi, but my hubby does & he says it’s the best he’s ever had - they have, easily, 50+ rolls to choose from. The hibachi bowls are excellent - salmon & chicken katsu are my favorites. The fried cheesecake is also delicious! We’ve never had a bad meal here & are regulars - sometimes more than once a week.

We’ve driven past this place so many times and finally gave it a try — so worth it! We started with the shrimp tempura — crispy, not greasy. My fiancé got the chicken katsu — super tender and tasty. I ordered two special rolls: The Queen and Black Panther. I thought they’d be small, but the portions were huge! Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. I couldn’t finish and had to take some home. Best part? Only $12–15 per roll — great quality for the price. Clean place, delicious food, amazing value. We’ll definitely be back!

I'd heard great things about this newer restaurant and was eager to try it out. The menu has lots of choices for whatever you're in the mood for, and so many options for sushi. The table was clean and the booth was very spacious. I tried the ahi poke small plate and the salmon lover sushi roll, and both were fantastic. The tuna in the poke was so fresh and the flavors worked great together. They sure didn't skimp on size of the sushi roll either. The price was decent compared to local sushi places, nothing I wasn't okay with spending. Oh, and the sweet tea was good, that's important lol. Will definitely be back!

Been coming here for a while now, they always have the best sushi, service, and drinks. The sake options are absolutely delightful, and the sushi options are always so creative, fun, and mouthwatering. Had thr Black Panther roll and the special Pizza Roll this go around, they were an absolute delight. Will continue to be a staple bit in my time here!

I don't even live in SC but if I ever visited this area again I would make this my first stop! The food was delicious I can't think of a single bad thing to say. I had the alligator roll and the Sunomono Salad, both were very flavorful and filling.
